TERMS OF SERVICE

Gėda Pelėda ONLINE STORE SERVICE PROVISION RULES:

1. Concepts. 

1.1. Purchase and sale rules - these remote goods purchase and sale contracts, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the order of delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase and sale of goods in the www.gedapeleda.lt online store provisions. 1.2. Online store - an electronic store located on the www.gedapeleda.lt website, where the Buyer can purchase goods offered by the Seller, both registered and unregistered with the Online Store system. 1.3. The seller is Gėda Pelėda, UAB, registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, registration no. 305632398, internet address www.gedapeleda.lt 1.4. Buyer - a person who purchased goods in the online store by purchase or gift. 1.5. Recipient - the person specified by the Buyer to whom the goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered. 1.6. Purchase and sale agreement - the goods purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, which consists of the goods order application, which the Buyer submits to the Seller through the Online Store. 

2. The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement. 

2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Order" button in the e-store, after creating a shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarizing himself with our rules. 2.2. The contract comes into force when your payment for the goods is received and is valid until the full delivery of the goods. 2.3. Every contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer is stored in the e-shop. 2.4. With this Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay the specified amount of money for them. 

3. Buyer's rights:

3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store. 3.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the e-store, except in cases where the contract is concluded for: participation in games or lotteries; in other cases, when the contract of purchase and sale cannot be refused, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. The buyer undertakes:

4.1. The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them, unless otherwise agreed. 4.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately. 4.3. By using the e-store, the buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

5. Rights of the seller:

5.1. In case of important circumstances, we can temporarily or completely stop the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer in advance. 5.2. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

6. The seller undertakes:

6.1. To create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. 6.2. Deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him and within the agreed delivery period. 6.3. In case of important circumstances, we are unable to deliver the product ordered by the Buyer, we undertake to offer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid to him within 14 working days.

7. Delivery of goods:

7.1. The goods are delivered by Us or Our authorized representative (couriers). 7.2. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative. 7.3. After you sign the Invoice or delivery document, the shipment is considered to have been delivered. 7.4. Upon noticing a shipment violation, the Buyer must not accept the shipment and note this in the consignment note. If the buyer accepts the product and signs the delivery note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good order.

8. Returns.

8.1. The return of items takes place in accordance with the 2014 July 22 Government resolution no. 738 approved Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania. 8.2. The item to be returned must be purchased no earlier than 14 days and must be in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. The Buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packed, the Seller or the Seller's representative will not accept the item for return. 8.3. The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. 8.4. The costs of returning the product are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is returned due to poor product quality. 8.5. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to accept the defective product and replace it with an analogous product. In the event that we do not have an analogous product, we return the money paid for the product to you.

9. Liability.

9.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. 9.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the e-store. 9.3. The buyer is responsible for transferring the identification code to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's identification code, the Buyer is responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

10. Use and protection of personal data.

10.1. By purchasing a product in the www.gedapeleda.lt online store, the buyer agrees that his e-mail mail will be used to inform about Gėda Pelėda by sending newsletters. Newsletters can be unsubscribed. To stop receiving newsletters, please contact us at peleda@gedaold.local. 10.2. Any information that is related to personal data is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant Legal Acts of the Republic of Lithuania and is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate. 10.3. The seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the personal data of the Buyer to third parties, except for persons contributing to the execution of the order, for whom this data is necessary for the successful execution of the order (couriers).

11. GIFT COUPONS AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

11.1. The Seller has the right to sell gift vouchers for which the Buyer can purchase the goods sold by the Seller. Discounts are not applied to purchased gift vouchers. Gift coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. 11.2. When the Buyer pays for the purchased goods, the value of which is lower than the value of the gift certificate, with a gift certificate, the price difference is not returned to the Buyer. When the Buyer pays with a gift certificate for the purchased goods, the value of which is higher than the value of the gift certificate, he must pay the difference in price to the Seller.

12. GOODS QUALITY GUARANTEE

12.1. The characteristics of each product sold in the Online Store are indicated in the product description provided on the website www.gedapeleda.lt 12.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer. 12.3. The seller provides a product quality guarantee, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the product description. 12.4. In the event that the Seller does not provide a guarantee of the quality of the goods, the guarantee of the quality of such goods established by legal acts shall apply. 12.5. Warranty maintenance services for goods are provided to the Buyer at the Gėda Pelėda workshop.

13. Final provisions.

13.1. The distribution of any e-store information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited. 13.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. 13.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
